Phosphatidylserine (PS) is a natural phospholipid that is an essential component of cell membranes. Phosphatidylserine promotes brain function by increasing neuronal membrane fluidity (cell-to-cell communication), resulting in improved cognition. Also, PS protects against stress by mitigating the actions of cortisol (cetabolic stress hormone).
Cogni-PS is a concentrated form of phosphatidylserine derived from soy phopholipids.
