Description
Alkamax contains a unique combination of sodium bicarbonate , potassium bicarbonate & magnesium hydroxide designed to assist in the buffering of both organic & inorganic acids. A neutral protease with DPPIV activity extends protein hydrolysis.
Amylase being most active in a neutral environment has been added for carbohydrate hydrolysis.
